Before you start: How do you sign in?
If you sign in by entering your email address and password directly into Hiro, follow the steps below to reset your Hiro account password.
If you have previously selected Continue with Microsoft 365 when signing in to Hiro, your account now uses Microsoft 365 to authenticate. You must continue to use Continue with Microsoft 365 when signing in.
Microsoft 365 users cannot reset their password through Hiro. Attempting to reset your password by entering your email address into Hiro will fail. If you have forgotten your Microsoft 365 password, you will need to reset it through Microsoft or contact your organisation's Microsoft 365 administrator.

Resetting your Hiro account password
Step 1: Go to the Hiro Login Page
- Open your web browser and go to Hiro Login.

Enter your email address and click Continue.
Step 2: Click "Reset Password"
When asked for your password, look for the Reset password link below the Continue button.

Click it to start the reset process.
Step 3: Check Your Email for a Code
Hiro will send a 6-digit code to the email address you entered.
Open your email and find the message from Hiro.
Copy the 6-digit code and enter it into the Code box on the reset page.

Click Continue.
Step 4: Set a New Password
Enter a new password for your Hiro account.
Enter it again to confirm the passwords match.
Click Continue to save your new password.
Once completed, you'll be logged back into Hiro and can use your new password the next time you log in.
