If you're having trouble logging into Hiro because you forgot your password, don’t worry—you can reset it in just a few steps.
Step 1: Go to the Hiro Login Page

Open your web browser and go to Hiro Login.

Enter your email address and click Continue.
Step 2: Click "Reset Password"

When asked for your password, look for the "Reset password" link below the Continue button.

Click it to start the reset process
Step 3: Check Your Email for a Code

Hiro will send a 6-digit code to the email address you entered.

Open your email and find the message from Hiro.

Copy the 6-digit code and enter it into the Code box on the reset page.

Click Continue.
Step 4: Set a New Password

Enter a new password for your account.

Type it again to confirm they match.

Click Continue to save your new password.
Once completed, you'll be logged back into Hiro, and your new password will be ready to use next time you log in.
