You can export key information for all current staff via a "Staff Info" report in Hiro.
Access this report via the Staff module in Hiro, then click the "Export all Staff Info to Excel" button:
To access this report, you will need to either be a Hiro Global Administrator, or have the "View and export staff data" user privilege enabled (refer here for more information).
This report will be produced as an Excel spreadsheet, and contains the following information:
- Basic User Details
Name, title, department, branch, start date, years of service, name of manager - Work Communication
Email address, telephone, mobile, LinkedIn URL - Payroll
Employment Basis - Timesheets
Hourly charge rate (which will be bold and italicised if the person has an individual charge out rate that overrides their position rate). - Home Communication
Home email address - User Documents
The names of any documents attached to the user.
Documents will only be listed on this report if the "Itemise all user documents in Export all Staff Info to Excel" report setting is enabled on the corresponding User Document Type in Settings:
