Introduction
When first navigating to the Plan Register, you will be greeted with a search page enabling you to find plans that are already stored. At the top of the page will be options for provisioning new plan numbers and allocating plan numbers onto a project (learn more here).
If plans have already been uploaded that match the department that you are assigned to in your user account settings in Hiro, then the Department dropdown will always be preset to match your own department. In the example below, the Department dropdown is preset as "Engineering" because the user logged into Hiro is a member of their organisation's Engineering department.
At least one search filter must be entered from plan type, plan name, project and remarks to start a search. If more than one search filter is selected, the conditions must all be met for results to be retrieve; i.e., the queries are "AND" not "OR".
Plans are searchable across all projects, regardless of whether you are assigned as a member of that project's team.
Accessing Plans via View Project Popup
When viewing a project's details via the View Project popup (e.g., after you have searched for and selected a project via the Hiro search icon), an icon will be displayed on the Summary tab showing the number of plans attached to that project.
Click the link to be taken to Plan Register results for all plans for that project (regardless of plan type).
