Introduction
Provision plan numbers is the optional first step of adding a plan to the Plan Register. Number provisioning can be enabled/disabled per plan type in the Plan Type Settings page. Learn more about what plan number provisioning is and how to configure provisioning in this article.
Provision Additional Plan Numbers
You can provision new numbers from the Plan Register starting page, then click the "Provision plan numbers" button at the top of the page:
A popup window will ask you which plan type you wish to provision numbers for, and provide different options for entering which numbers need to be added to the provisioned pool.
Perfect Sequence of Numbers
If using the "perfect sequence" method, enter a starting and finishing number. The number range inclusive of both the starting and finishing numbers will be provisioned. For example, if the starting number is entered as "500" and the ending number is entered as "505", then six plan numbers will be provisioned: 500, 501, 502, 503, 504 and 505.
Manual Data Entry
Otherwise, select "Manual data entry" to data enter specific numbers. Numbers can be separated with either a sem-colon (";"), a comma (",") or a new line in between them.
