You can setup payment methods for how your clients pay you on the Company Information Settings page. There are four types of payment methods that can be configured.
Select the "Enable this payment method" checkbox underneath each payment method to activate it, which shows information for that payment method on the Company Info page that all Hiro users have access to. Options will be available for each payment type to enable showing data on invoice PDFs as well.
Credit card
Enter details in the description text box to display credit card payment instructions on the Company Info page. However, how your organisation accepts credit card payments will need to be manually added to your invoice docx template separately.

Electronic funds transfer
In the Electronic Funds Transfer section, you can enter the following information:
- BSB
- Bank account number
- Account name
- PayID
If you enable the EFT payment method, you must enter at least a valid BSB and account number. The account name and PayID fields are optional.
All four pieces of information will appear on the Company Info page, as well as on your invoice PDFs, so long as the correct corresponding variable has been included in your invoice docx template. To make these EFT fields appear on your invoice PDFs, insert the following variables into your docx template where you would like these fields to appear:
- ~eftBsb~
- ~eftAccountNo~
- ~eftAccountName~
- ~eftPayId~

BPay
In the BPay section, you can enter your BPay biller code, as well as instructions for usage.
Whilst both the biller code and description field will appear on the Company Info page, only the BPay biller code will appear on your invoice PDFs (after inserting the ~bpayBillerCode~ variable into your invoice docx template).

Cheque
Enter details in the description text box to display cheque payment instructions on the Company Info page. However, adding information to your invoice PDFs to advise your client you accept payment by cheque will need to be manually added to your invoice docx template separately.
