Introduction
If you have previously connected Hiro to Xero, you can follow the below steps to disconnect Xero. Note that disconnecting from Xero will stop the following features:
- Your Invoices created in Hiro will no longer be pushed into Xero
- Invoice payments will no longer be automatically applied onto invoices in Hiro
- Contacts saved in Hiro's Address Book will not be synced with Xero's contacts
- Hiro user information modified on the Edit my Details page will not be pushed to Xero
How to disconnect Xero
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on the Connect to Xero button
- Click the blue Disconnect from Xero button in the centre of the page
- You will be asked to confirm that you wish to disconnect from Xero. Click the "Yes" button to confirm.
