Determining When an Invoice was Approved

Hiro automatically records who and on what date both the creation and approval of an invoice was performed.

To find out the events that took place to generate your invoice through to approval status:

1. Navigate to the Invoices page, within the Financial module of Hiro;
   
   
2. Click the Edit icon (pencil) adjacent to the invoice you want to enquire about;
   
   
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. There will be a notes section that documents the key milestones in the creation of that invoice, like below:
