Overview
The Address Book in Hiro is where you store contact information for everyone you interact with in your business - customers, suppliers, agencies, and anyone else whose information you need at your fingertips.
You can access the Address Book from anywhere in Hiro using the Address Book button at the top of the left-hand side navigation pane:
Contacts
"Contacts" is the universal term used throughout Hiro to describe the entries added to the Address Book.
But, the Address Book is so much more than just a place to store addresses and telephone numbers. For each of your contacts in the Address Book, you can assign and track different types of information or transactions, enabling you to keep everything in one place.
Using Contacts with Projects
To enable lodging a project in Hiro, you will need to enter your client information into the Address Book as a contact first. Once entered, you can keep track of all projects together when you search for that Address Book contact.
