You can manage and update the details of your Hiro subscription when you are logged into the Hiro app. Follow these steps to modify the email address where your monthly Hiro subscription tax invoices and payment receipts are sent:
- Navigate to the Subscription and Billing page in Hiro (within the Settings module). For security and privacy, access to this page is restricted to those users in your organisation who are Hiro Global Administrators (refer here for more info about how privileges work in Hiro).
- In the centre of the page, click the "Manage Subscription" button to be redirected to our secure subscription management portal hosted by our third-party billing partner, Stripe.
- Scroll down to the "Billing Information" section and click the "Update information" button.
- Enter your updated contact information, including the email address where Hiro tax invoices and payment receipts are to be sent going forward.
- When you are done updating details, click the "Save" button.
