You can manage and update the details of your Hiro subscription when you are logged into the Hiro app. Follow these steps to access your information about previous monthly subscription payments, including the ability to download tax invoices and payment receipts:
- Navigate to the Subscription and Billing page in Hiro (within the Settings module). For security and privacy, access to this page is restricted to those users in your organisation who are Hiro Global Administrators (refer here for more info about how privileges work in Hiro).
- In the centre of the page, click the "Manage Subscription" button to be redirected to our secure subscription management portal hosted by our third-party billing partner, Stripe.
- At the bottom of this page will be an "Invoice History" section.
Click the view buttonadjacent to the subscription payment you wish to view more information for.
- The next page will offer you options for downloading either the tax invoice PDF, or the payment receipt PDF.
